This beloved American holiday classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940's radio broadcast presented as readers theatre. With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of the idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve.

Performances at the Dassel Historical Center & Ergot Museum:

  • December 1 and 2 at 7:00pm
  • December 3 at 2:00pm
  • December 8 at 7:00pm
  • December 9 at 7:00pm Dinner Theatre at Bait & Hook!
    • Menu:  Caesar Salad; Option of one of the following: grilled breast of chicken marinated with fresh ginger, honey, scallions and soy sauce OR grilled Salmon served with apple shallot ginger glaze OR a vegetarian option; garlic green beans and grits; dessert
